Dharamshala is a quaint quarter situated in the Dhauladhar range of Himachal Pradesh. The name ‘Dhauladhar’ actually translates into ‘The Holy Refuge’. Very true! Dharamshala provides a refreshing retreat! This splendid town stands out uniquely in the list of hill stations. Dharamshala has a Tibetan influence and hence the tourists will find a tinge of Tibetan culture in every little thing of Dharamshala. A visit to Dharamshala will be incomplete without a visit to the famous monasteries of the hill town. Another thing that Dharamshala is common for is its bustling bazaars. The Kotwali Bazaar especially is very famous all throughout. The Kangra Art Museum of Dharamshala is again a very famous hotspot of Dharamshala.
