Day 1: Arrival in Delhi
On arrival in Delhi, you will be greeted by our representative at the airport. Then, you will be checked in to the hotel. From here starts the fascinating golden triangle tour with Pushkar. In the evening, you will visit the captivating light and sound show at Red Fort. Afterwards, we will return to the hotel and later you will have a sumptuous dinner and your night stay.
Day 2: Delhi Sightseeing
After having your breakfast, you will embark on a full day sightseeing tour of Delhi. You will visit the magnificent India Gate, a memorial for the soldiers who laid down their lives in World War I and Afghan War. Then you will visit places like Qutub Minar, Lotus Temple, Akshardham temple, Laxmi Narayan temple, National Museum, Rashtrapati Bhawan, Parliament House, Humayun’s Tomb, etc. After having your lunch, you will explore the attractions of Old Delhi. Which start with the imposing Red Fort, it is one of the important forts of the Mughal period. Next attraction view will be of Jama Masjid, one of the largest mosques in India. From the Jama Masjid, enjoy a thrilling rickshaw ride to Chandani Chowk. It is a heritage market from the time of Shah Jahan. Move over to Raj Ghat to pay your respects to father of the nation. Explore the Delhi markets to pick up souvenirs. Here after return to the hotel for dinner and the night stay.
Day 3: Delhi - Agra
After having your breakfast, you will depart for Agra. Enroute, you will visit the Mughal Emperor Akbar’s tomb at Sikandra. On reaching Agra, you will be checked in to a pre-booked hotel. Freshen up and relax a bit at the hotel. Then, you will visit the blindingly beautiful the Taj Mahal. Love is ephemeral but here it is engraved in stones for eternity. Mughal Emperor Shah Jahan built the Taj in memory of his beloved wife, Mumtaj Mahal. Agra Fort is another important destination you will visit. Also visit the Itmad-ul-Daulah tomb built by Noor Jahan in memory of her father. Agra is most famous destination of Golden triangle India itinerary. You can go shopping at the bustling Agra markets. Have a delicious Mughlai meal at some snazzy restaurant. Get back to the hotel and rest for the night.
Day 4: Agra - Jaipur
You will set out for Jaipur after having breakfast. Along the way, you will visit Fatehpur Sikri-the abandoned one time Mughal capital. The ruins of the place still captivate your imagination. On reaching Jaipur, you will be checked in to a hotel. Jaipur is a regal city which was founded in 1727 and was one of the most planned cities in the world. In the evening, take a short tour of the city. Get back to the hotel. Have dinner and retire for the night.
Day 5: Jaipur Sightseeing
In the morning, you will have breakfast and then you will embark on a sightseeing tour of Jaipur. It is a city of royal pomp and show. Visit the attractions like the City Palace and Museum, Nahargarh Palace, Jaigarh fort, etc. Explore the Jal Mahal situated on a lake. Take a thrilling camel ride on the banks of the river. Visit Hawa Mahal built for the royal women to see the outside world. Visit Jantar Mantar - an astronomical observatory. Explore the Amber Fort the one of the largest fort in India. It is situated on the hill. It can be considered the highest achievement of Rajput architecture. Jaipur is one of the most important destinations of the Golden Triangle tours. You will have dinner at the fascinating ethnic restaurant Choki Dhani. Afterwards, return to your hotel and retire for the night.
Day 6: Jaipur - Pushkar
After having your breakfast, you will embark on a visit to Pushkar. Upon reaching there, checked in to a hotel. The town is famous for having the only temple in India devoted to Lord Brahma. Then, there is Pushkar camel festival-the largest cattle festival in the world. The festival is full of amazing energy and festivities. Visit the various temples and Ghats, especially the Brahma temple. It is really thrilling experience to visit the Pushkar lake. Return to the hotel, have dinner and retire for the day.
Day 7: Pushkar - Delhi
Early in the morning, you will depart for Delhi. This is the end of fascinating golden triangle tour with Pushkar. After reaching Delhi, you will be checked in to a hotel or depart for the airport, if you desire to do so regarding your onward journey.
